@skyrien is my online handle. I've used it in various online fora since at least 1997, and continue to do so.

Name origins

The origins of the name Skyrien has been lost to time, but since 1997, it's been used with various spellings, including "Skyiren", "Skyrein", and then finally, "Skyrien". I wanted an internet handle I could use without adding any tacky numbers like "awesomedude85", and something had near zero search results, which I took as an indication that I could claim it as uniquely mine.
